How to make com tam

2 genuinely different takes β€” a classic, and a faster or lighter route. The same ones the app hands you once you have decided.

Broken rice and grilled pork

50 minutes Β· serves 4 Β· Medium

What you need

  • 4 pork chops, bashed thin
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce

  5. 5Rice, chop, egg, a spoon of spring onion oil, salad, and nuoc cham poured over the lot.
