How to make affogato

What you need

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 shot hot espresso

What you do

  1. 1Put the ice cream in a small glass and put the glass in the freezer while you make the coffee. A cold glass buys you a minute.
  2. 2Pull the espresso and pour it over at the table, not in the kitchen.
  3. 3Eat it immediately. The whole thing is the ten seconds where it is both hot and frozen.
