That was somebody else’s answer. Yours takes about twenty seconds: a handful of either-ors, then one dish.

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 150g brown sugar
  • Cream cheese icing

What you do

  1. 1Knead a soft enriched dough and prove until doubled, about an hour.
  2. 2Roll into a rectangle, spread with butter, then cinnamon and brown sugar right to the edges.
  3. 3Roll tight and cut with dental floss, not a knife β€” a knife squashes them.
  4. 4Second prove in the tin, sides touching. Fridge overnight is fine and better.
  5. 5Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Ice while just warm, not hot.
