That was somebody else’s answer. Yours takes about twenty seconds: a handful of either-ors, then one dish.

How to make souvlaki

One way to do it. The same ones the app hands you once you have decided.

Wrapped, with the chips inside

35 minutes Β· serves 4 Β· Easy

What you need

  • 600g pork shoulder or chicken thigh, cubed
  • Olive oil, lemon, oregano, garlic
  • 4 pitta breads
  • Tzatziki
  • Tomato, red onion
  • Chips

What you do

  1. 1Marinate the meat in oil, lemon, plenty of oregano and crushed garlic for as long as you have. Twenty minutes will do.
  2. 2Thread onto skewers and griddle hard, turning, until charred at the edges and just done through.
  3. 3Warm the pitta on the same griddle so it takes on some of the fat.
  4. 4Tzatziki, meat, tomato, onion, and chips inside the wrap. Inside. Roll tightly in paper.
