That was somebody elseโ€™s answer. Yours takes about twenty seconds: a handful of either-ors, then one dish.

How to make tiramisu

One way to do it. The same ones the app hands you once you have decided.

No-bake, overnight

30 minutes ยท serves 6 ยท Easy

What you need

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 500g mascarpone
  • 80g sugar
  • 300ml strong cold coffee
  • 2 tbsp marsala or rum
  • 200g savoiardi biscuits
  • Cocoa

What you do

  1. 1Beat yolks and sugar pale, then fold in the mascarpone.
  2. 2Whip the whites separately to soft peaks and fold through โ€” that is what keeps it light.
  3. 3Dip each biscuit in the coffee for one second. One. They keep drinking after you lift them.
  4. 4Layer biscuits, cream, biscuits, cream. Fridge at least 6 hours.
  5. 5Cocoa through a sieve only when serving, or it goes damp and bitter.
