That was somebody else’s answer. Yours takes about twenty seconds: a handful of either-ors, then one dish.

How to make brigadeiro

2 genuinely different takes β€” a classic, and a faster or lighter route. The same ones the app hands you once you have decided.

Rolled

30 minutes Β· serves 20 Β· Very easy

What you need

  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Chocolate sprinkles

What you do

  1. 1Everything except the sprinkles into a heavy pan over medium-low heat.
  2. 2Stir constantly with a spatula, scraping the bottom, for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3It is ready when you can draw the spatula across the base and the gap stays open for a second.
  4. 4Pour onto a greased plate and cool completely β€” at least an hour.
  5. 5Grease your hands, roll small balls, roll them in sprinkles.

In a spoon, undercooked on purpose

15 minutes Β· serves 6 Β· Very easy

What you need

  • Condensed milk
  • Cocoa
  • Butter

What you do

  1. 1Cook it two minutes less so it stays soft.
  2. 2Spoon into little cups. Brigadeiro de colher, and it is the better one.
